Based on the 1988 film Beetlejuice! This house is the original version we see in the film, owned by the characters Barbara and Adam Maitland. Situated on a lovely hilltop, this house is pleasant, but a bit rundown. Fill the interior as you like, but I suggest comfortable, cozy, and country vibes. Watch out- the basement is filled with bats, and the attic might be a bit haunted. Enjoy!
